Starting August 5 2025, Etsy will be standardizing the payments process so that all sellers on Etsy are using Etsy Payments. So Etsy made the decision to stop supporting standalone PayPal and close seller accounts in Taiwan on August 5, 2025. 

Also because the my Etsy store is to be closed starting August 5 2025.

I opened an independent store, and the payment system is still Paypal.

In addition, after August 5 2025, buyers in the European Union please purchase on EBAY due to VAT issues to avoid customs returns .

And my independent store does not charge any additional taxes.

So if there is any tax, please pay it yourself.
